Becky Stanley has been in ministry with the India Gospel League for the past nine years.  Her involvement with the ministry goes even further to the time when she was a young girl working along side the IGL team during school breaks.  She realized and accepted God’s call to serve children as a young adult.  She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2000 and is presently pursuing her Master’s in Organizational Leadership.   Following her undergraduate studies she committed herself to full time ministry.

 

She serves in the capacity of Director of IGL’s Children’s Ministries with a passion to reach the lost and underprivileged children of India.  She is also involved with the rural and community development in the villages where the children reside both in India and Sri Lanka.   Along with implementing and administrating child care and rural development programs on the field in India, Becky is also actively involved in connecting friends and partners in the west with IGL’s vision of touching lives and transforming communities for the sake of the gospel.

 

Becky travels to the U.S. several times a year to share stories of transformed lives of children and network with more friends and partners.   She is committed to pursuing IGL’s decadal goal of connecting 20000 children by 2010 through sponsorships with friends around the globe.

 

Becky is married to Isaac and has two children Sarah and Joel.  They make their home in Salem, India.   Together they pursue a common vision and passion of impacting young lives for Christ.
