Parents Night Out!

Sponsored by Dayspring Children's Ministry: Parents Night Out! Drop off your children, ages 3 months old to 5th grade, for a fun and safe night. Please bring $5 per child for dinner. A Medical Emergency form will be required at time of drop-off. Forms will be available at drop-off.
